      Series of bad directors in Minneapolis getting blessing from Corporate bigwigs - constant CONSTANT turnover in Minneapolis office due to incompetent leadership.

      Excellent pay and benefits. Almost impossible to get fired as long as you show up.

      Cons

      Upper management is a revolving door. Seven plant managers in 20 years. There is a barrier between hourly and salaried. In 20 years I can think of only two or three people who moved up from hourly to saleried

      I liked the hours from 7am to 3pm

      Cons

      Everybody treated the same , weather you bust your butt or not . The reward for doing a good job is more work . No performance evaluations . Job description does not match there expectations .
