Good experience but no growth

Pros

the company has great benefits like summer hours, Christmas bonus, telecommute is an option and work life balance is seen in the company. Paid sick and vacation days and a great IT department if you're a regular employee.

Cons

These benefits are only available if you are full time regular. To cut down on costs they contract nearly everyone to save money which means no benefits at all except vacation and sick days. It also means you get paid less as a contacted employee and not a regular.

Pros

Aligned overall global objectives throughout the organization, work-life balance, great salary and benefits, amazing environment to work. Great peers!

Cons

It changed with new CEO. It used to be a more personable company, now is all about the bottom line and how to keep investors happy. It lost the shine it had in the 90's.
