Pros
Good place to start your career if you want to become a guru in Marketing (FMCG sector). Also, it is very good place where you can enhance your presentation skills. I did approximately 2 or 3 presentations every week in front of all your colleagues.
Cons
It is not really wealthy company comparing to oil or medical industry, therefore salary is not so high. Also, if are planning to work in sales department, you can be shocked. It is not so «clean» job as in insurance or medical companies where you meet only with Top managers. If Colgate offers you regional sales representative position you will go to very dirty places: bazaars, small dirty shops, warehouses and etc. If you go to modern trade it will be much better. Cause modern trade only about supermarkets.
