      Pros

      Excellent pay and benefits. Almost impossible to get fired as long as you show up.

      Cons

      Upper management is a revolving door. Seven plant managers in 20 years. There is a barrier between hourly and salaried. In 20 years I can think of only two or three people who moved up from hourly to saleried

      Pros

      Overall a good company to work for, company is very supportive to employees and benefits are great. Products are well positioned in the market and a very friendly working environment.

      Cons

      Although improving, still remains a slow paced and conservative company, which in turn makes difficult to innovate and to keep up with market changes. Work life balance is difficult to achieve due to work overload in spite of management efforts to improve in this area.

      Pros

      Working at Colgate was a great experience if I talk about the company as a whole, my position was very boring and not challenging at all, so that made me leave the company. However, Colgate has great benefits, we had food allowance, cafeteria with great healthy meals that were subsidized, a very nice office and bonuses.

      Cons

      The profit share was very low
