Pros

For the most part many of the people I work with are friendly and nice for the reasons I believe have to do with the fact that a company such as Colgate most likely won't attract people who are narcissistic or type A personality types more common in other industries; however, you still have a few bad apples.

Cons

The industry is very competitive and thus subject to your typical corporate issues, such as lay-offs, severances and forced retirements and thus job security is not guaranteed especially those who are at or below the Financial Director level.

The pay was great for the area. The overall company as far as cooperate were good to the employees.

Cons

Terrible morale. Terrible management. Poor communication between management and operators. Not much room for advancement if you aren't a site favorite.
