Always lots of work to do and among the best people to work with. Never bored, always an opportunity to get involved and stretch yourself further or learn something new. People truly care about the work and about each other. Operational HR embedded in the business as key partner, really rewarding work.

Cons

Can feel frustratingly slow with a risk averse and high alignment culture. Antiquated, restrictive IT policies, systems and services, IT team works in silos, offers roadblock after roadblock and no alternative options. Compensation practices also very rigid, don't listen to team on the ground. Head Office is highly political.
