Pros

Great company to work for, good culture, job is a lot of work but not hard. well respected products. Great benefits.

Cons

They don't pay for performance, bonuses tied to obscure metrics which as an individual you have very little control over. Capped bonuses for consumable portion of sale. Unless you want to move, no real chance to move up in the organization. Get paid peanuts compared with rest of dental.

Pay is not bad, people are a nice (with the exception of HR who are the fake nice type)

Cons

Work is boring, and now after applying to full time jobs I can say that I got one thanks to the other work experience on my resume - the work experience here is not valuable unless you're looking for similar CRM/enterprise tech jobs.
