      Very relaxed environment in all offices aside from HQ. Everyone is very helpful and wants to be a part of your success

      Cons

      Many projects are vague and open-ended at lack guidelines. At times, this is a wonderful opportunity to be creative, but it certainly creates many initial obstacles when not knowing how to approach a project.
