      Strong brands that are market leaders in the competing category, good working culture within the company, great place to pick up fundamentals and learn processes, people oriented company, employees are well taken care of

      Cons

      Processes not necessarily transparent, bosses are expats who transfers every 2-3 years causing goals to be short term oriented, people can get too comfortable working here, unlikely for leaps in careers as employees must go through each level in the hierarchy
