      Pros

      The company has a great culture and allows for great growth and opportunity to move around the company. There are also opportunities all over the country and in different divisions. Good hours.

      Cons

      The work can sometimes be monotonous depending on what function you are in. Also if you don't enjoy hands on lab practice you may not like this position. Mandatory trainings are pointless.

      Great people to work with, very professional and helpful. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Need to improve career development. Short project timelines do not allow successful project execution. Lots of changes happening within the company.
