      Pros

      Marketing and growth oriented Efficient and financially very stable Excellent training and learning on the job Global not just an American multi-national

      Cons

      Has made many improvements in benefits and flexibility to support working patents but working from home and causal dress in the office would really help (and be more sustainable as we would spend less on dry cleaning those suits) Improving diversity but could do more at very senior levels

      I was an incredibly hard worker, but totally underappreciated by the Big bosses

      I enjoyed most I worked w/especially my line leaders. They gave me opportunity to advance.

      Cons

      The long hrs and being called in on days off. Also being underappreciated by the big bosses...(though the line leaders were awesome and made up for it a lot)
