      Pros

      COP is a sub of CP, which offers a big company feel. It is small enough everyone knows each other.

      Cons

      Because it is smaller, advancement opportunities are limited. Good GMPs practices are practiced, no jewelry. In production area.

      Great benefits and competitive salary but be prepared to swim in the deep end from the start as it's so slimmed down now

      Pros

      Benefits, competitive salary, global mobility if that is what you're looking for. Flexible time off and a decent bonus structure if you can make it to EICP.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy at its prime. Put your best lips on cause if your not kissing up, you might as well forget that next promotion. This is a marketing company, everything else is currently being outsourced to India in order to fund their growth because they can't seem to get their cost structure right. Severe spending inefficiencies in capex. New restructuring is so uprooting it is leaving loose ends.
