      Stable company with numerous personal growth opportunities. Employees in salaried positions are often able to move into career paths other than what they were hired for allowing them to learn and grow. Excellent benefits.

      Cons

      Focused on cost reduction at the expense of innovation. Good old boys club attitude prevalent in senior supply chain and corporate engineering positions. Like most large corporations decision making slow. Work/ family balance not uniform across the organization. Layoffs and forced retirements have become the norm in recent years.
