      safe working environment, good climate of trust amongst employees, excellent profit results, stock value and company performance, opportunities to work abroad

      slow career advancement, focus more on P&L than on innovation, no real courage in top management to bring about much needed change

      relax working environment, management are really easy going, open door policy. defiantly learn a lot of things from them!

      (+) Classic training on how to run a business (+) Colgate values are reflected within company culture, caring and work/life balance (+) Retention - many managers have been with the company for a long time (10-20yrs!) (+) Good locations - most sales managers are field-based - home offices or have offices in cities closest to the accounts (+) New U.S. President - has a great management style, leading change!
