      Great company to work for friendly atmosphere where everyone get's along. Overall a great company to work for and be a part of.

      Cons

      It doesn't appear that there is a ton of room for advancement or growth potential. Atmosphere at times appears to be too lax.

      enjoyed the work on the different brands and family based environment. proved interesting work covering many areas of the business.

      Colgate is truly a company that values their people. The work environment is friendly and supportive with a very social aspect. Work-life balance is a priority along with performance. Feedback is taken seriously and there is commitment to developing employees.

      Cons

      Not a con per se, but one truly must take responsibility for career advancement as opportunities for promotion seem somewhat limited - it is quite competitive in this sense.
