I had the pleasure to work with many experienced professionals, who were passionated for this job at Colgate-Palmolive. I see great chances of exposure and growth for young professionals, since they know how to recognize and keep the most talented ones. They promote many lateral moves, which is very interesting, because you'll see some people from Operations who understand Quality, Engineering people working on Envorinmental field, etc. The result is a broad expertise for the management people. Also I received an interesting salary proposal, above from average for my level of experience.
