      Pros

      A lot of opportunity for those who want to explore executive opportunities overseas. If they like you, it's the kind of place you can spend your entire career.

      Cons

      The US company is not a fun place. Most of the opportunities are overseas. Still very much an old boys club.

      Pros

      In my position, I was hired earlier than usual. I came in through a non-standard internship in which I had incredible mentors, and then, access to a position in marketing that I would never have normally obtained without an MBA or 3 to 6 years of prior experience in my field. Therefore, I learned a lot, and met wonderful people along the way.

      Cons

      The company is full of great people who are highly skilled in their fields. That said, there is a lack of potential to pursue creativity or innovation; or to build skills beyond the slow-moving corporate training. I could hack it now, but as a younger Millennial at the time, I reached a point at which I needed to branch out externally to further my career.
