      Good pay. Good benefits. Climate controlled environment

      Cons

      No possibility to move up without a bachelors degree. Poor management. Management is on a 2 year rotation, so the poor decisions that look great on paper actually cripple the facility in the future. But by the time that is realized, they are long gone and the local people are stuck with the damage.
