- Less or no work - Focus mainly on open source - More employee benefits - Good legacy product - Strong existing customer base

Cons

- Poor leader ship team in SFO and Chennai offices - Brought in new leadership in Chennai office which had ZERO impact - Many directors & managers who are wasting companies money - No real ownership from anyone

This is one company which has a pool of opportunities and asks its employees to pick whatever they like. It is in the employees hands to make use of the freedom in the right way. This helps the employees in being innovative and give their best. You have a lot of freedom to switch between teams if you feel that you want to learn different things. As far as the compensation is concerned, it is one of the best in the market. The compensation is directly proportional to the quality of the work you do. So if you are the best, it is guaranteed that you will get the best compensation without any doubt.
