      Pros

      Most people are in dilema when deciding to work on third party payroll. I worked for this company for one and half years before i got converted to FTE. Collabera provides a great platform to learn and grow. Great work environment and on time salary. They have very professional and dedicated HR POC team who make sure all your queries are taken care off on time. They make sur you need not to reach them again for follow ups and reminders.

      Scam company, illegal practices, does not pay employees, wage theft

      Pros

      None, there are no pros to not getting paid for work performed

      Cons

      I commute four hours daily on a contract supporting Uber. After 3 weeks, i still have not been paid, despite Collabera being paid by Uber. The payroll office keeps making excuses. I am going to have to hire an attorney and file a complaint with the VA department of labor.
