Pros

-They hire entry level college grads -nice quiet office -pay you to write a positive glass door review (because they know they are seen as negative and try to cover up what is really going on)

Cons

-They hire entry level college grads and do not properly train them -expect you to learn sales in a matter of weeks -micromanage ( AWFUL management) -toxic work environment -unhappy employees -manipulative and not trustworthy management -VP openly said Collabera is about their metrics

Pros

1 - Good stepping stone if you stick with the recruitment career path; account management is eeehhh. Does account management offer you more career paths in the future? No. If you are considering joining here then my advice to you is think long term. Technical recruiting great for the long term and corporate recruiting if you want to do the same thing everyday (lol). 2 - Generally nice people in the office; if you enjoy being in a fraternity and sorority environment then this is great for you. However I would like to think as you become more of an adult you'll be come tired of being surrounded by kids out of college but of course some people just never truly grow up.

Cons

Oh man where to begin but I will keep it brief. 1 - Great opportunity to make 100k+!! Just kidding you're going to be taxed heavily on your commission while they keep you on an average base salary. So if you have them trying to sell you on the opportunity of making 100k+ then you should really think this one through because almost half of that is going to taxes. 2 - "Business Unites, stocks though are great if you get in presidents club!" Yeah they will be taxed heavily too buddy. 3 - One of the most diverse companies? Yes in terms of their contractors; VERY FEW branches are diverse 4 - They try to say they are different from other firms like Insight Global but let's be real they are literally trying to copy everything that Insight Global does (which btw is not a good company either so I am not an IG employee; I would dare say Collabera is 3.7% better than them). 5 - Presidents Club...is the equivalent experience of going on a Spring Break trip to your freshman year of college except with a bunch of older people that do not know how to control their drinking. Winnings will be taxed heavily LOL 6 - Everyone is sleeping with each other. Office Manager/Recruiter for the office, Account Manager with the client, married manager with the recent graduate. Plot Twist Pro - If you are an Insight Global employee and they offer you a role they will actually pay you decently BUT do you really want to continue to do same thing over again? I hope you ask yourself this.
