      Pros

      Too casual work environment here.

      Cons

      There is no room for growth. The growth is only for South Indians (Bangalore Location) or The Gujjus (Baroda Location). They have no logistics.. Just a stupid internal ATS, which doesn't accepts Boolean Searches (CATS- Collabera Applicant Tracking System).

      Pros

      Able to travel, manager didn't live in same state so no micromanaging , training program is good

      Cons

      Traveling with the company was hard did not give much of an overnight budget for hotels, so most of the time I had to stay in motels in bad parts of town
