Pros

Good infrastructure and nothint else is good in IB operations.

Cons

IB operations suck.. management sucks in IB operations.. They took 2 monthe to provide me my own phone, unfortunately it was tha day when i decided to resign. manager accepted my resignation but never forwarded to HR and terminated me
