There are no pro's in working with this company.

Cons

Benefits suck, the work life balance is non existent. The pay is not competitive even though they tell you it is and promise you the world. They never deliver what they tell you. They promise that the AAM program will only take 3-6 months but then expect you to lie your way through the program to prove you can cheat your way in sales. They work you like a dog and expect the world from you working 10+ hour days and shamed if you try to take your lawful lunch break. Terrible company to work for. They monitor everything you do. Also, when you put in your two weeks they will not pay you even though you legally should. They will throw some clause that is not even in your contract in your face to not pay you.

Less Salary, No benefits, Most important thing is to make sure that you don't believe on recruiter directly without investigation. They promise certain benefits in written but totally rule out after starting a job. Bad manners, and messy staff. It took me 1 year to know who is my contact person in the company.
