Pros

The core reasons to work in this organisation are: 1) Management with experience of ages and enthusiasm of youth. 2) Celebrations are really a fun over here especially Blaze, Diwali and Navratri. 3) People here are fun to work with with great positive mindset. 4) Ample of learning opportunity. 5) Highly approachable management 6) Views are respected.

Cons

The major downside which i feel is Work-Life Balance is uncertain. (No Offence, But Review in Cons is different from person to person)

Nothing as such. It sucks

Cons

?No employee concern. Can lay you off at any moment. Will hire you for one role and deploy you in any other. Not a consulting company management that they have. Can threaten you also . What worst can happen in a job more than this?
