      I worked around 6 months with Collabera and converted to Full time employee for Client. Good team coordination, salary on time, good packages.

      Great training ground for freshies

      Pros

      Good exposure to different facets of recruitment may it be Executive Search, IT/Technical or Corporate Recruitment. Good incentives too if you have many hires.

      Cons

      Low basic pay Not flexible at all Little to no employee engagement Outdated benefits

      Pros

      Company culture Opportunity to work with Big Accounts like Wells Fargo, BOA, Facebook, Google, Microsoft, etc. Good learning platform for Freshers Rewards and Recognition are good

      Cons

      Lacks the crowd from Metros (Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi etc) Some accounts doesn’t pay overall good incentives
