      -opportunity to make a boat load of money -fun people (what sales person isn't fun?)

      -no life balance -toxic work culture -robotic and unrealistic metrics

      Pros

      I joined Collabera a little over a year ago and haven't looked back. I went through the AAM program and then was quickly promoted within the year. The growth is there. For a recent college kid who does not know quite what to do it was awesome to join a place where everyone is recent grad or entry level and in the same boat. Everyone there is super cool and the work environment is super positive. People hang outside of work too. The company definitely gives you the tools to be successful but its up to you at the end of they day.

      Staffing is unpredictable in general Its super metrics driven.
