      Great team, terrible leadership.

      Pros

      -Reasonable pay for a job that requires no proven experience. -Potential for growth. -Small teams. -Open door policy. -Exposure to many amazing clients.

      Cons

      -High turnover rate. There wasn't many account managers that have been there longer than a year. -Training is computer based. -Unclear criteria to be considered for promotions. -Pay is on the lower scale for a recruiting/account management type position according to reported salaries from other organizations in the same industry.

      work life balance, management very laid back. Opportunity to move into sales and travel to different offices if that is what you want.

      Cons

      A lot of change going on, not sure what direction to go in

      Really great culture and atmosphere on paper and in theory. Nice team who really wants to chat and spend time together. Very genuine people.

      Cons

      Negative environment, not open to change. Claims to want progress, but very stubborn to actually make progress
