Pros

If you are really passionate about recruiting then join Collabera. They have lots of clients and you get exposure to a wide range of requirements. If you get selected for US Recruiting then it better as the incentive plans are good, though less then most of it's competitors.

Cons

The worst place for women. Most senior managers have their dirty eye on the new onboards. If you are a fresher with weak technical skill, then Collabera is the right place for you. Again for girls "DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY".

- Supportive People - Great Training Team - Great Culture on the floor

Cons

-Poor On- Floor Training -On Floor Trainer act as the Boss -Huge Work load on the fresher even during training days -Working in a unpredictable market with a weekly target .
