Pros

Amazing office culture, fair work-life balance, good opportunity for promotion, strong commission plan and earning potential.

Cons

Can be a high volume of work and a fast paced environment. This isn't a role for everyone.

Toxic, Unprofessional Environment

Pros

The occasional opportunity to work remote.

Cons

The environment here was very unprofessional. There was constant gossip and several cliques were formed. I felt as though people were mean to each other and it distracted from work. Management was difficult to work with and would seek out various employees to take personal anger and frustration out on, and I became one of them. I relocated and was promised by management after I moved out that they would reimburse me. I never saw any of that money and management seemed to brush it under the rug. Very early on in my employment, I was given added responsibilities. I had no help or experience whatsoever but was expected to perform at a certain level to receive my pay for the added duties. When it did come time to receive my payment for the added responsibilities, my pay was delayed by over a month and I received the wrong amount several times. I felt as though I was constantly fighting an uphill battle to simply acquire the money I had earned. Overall, it was an awful employment experience. They promise a lot, but deliver on a very small percentage of it. They expect and encourage their employees to work more than 40 hours per week, sometimes up to 50-60 hours a week, without additional compensation. This company hires people fresh out of college with hopes of gaining professional experience, however, this company does not promote growth and development. I would not recommend seeking employment within this company.

Pros

Management is very helpful and takes care of employees. Larger than life celebrations of festivals and occasions Extra co curricular activities keeps employees engaged and happy. Ambience and the infrastructure of the office is up to the mark. Vehicle parking facilities are provided to the employees. The mob is inspiring and everyone is motivated to achieve the greater heights of life. Every achievement is recognized.

Cons

Internal politics of the teams is concerning. People who have covered two years and above tenure try to follow arbitrary way of working which makes the new employees feel demotivated. They say that they accept new ideas however they are not flexible to adapt to the new ways of working. Remuneration is again something which is questionable as people who aren't efficient enough get a salary which is more than the salary which is given to an efficient but less experienced employee.
