      Pros

      Good company to work. Friendly environment. Good performance based incentive structure. Good growth opportunity.

      Cons

      Office politics which can hamper the growth of the employees and the company. Employee turnover ratio is too high as the employees are not happy with the management attitude related to salary appraisal, employee recognition, promotion, etc.

      Pros

      Willing to spend money to get client business and has a good service program.

      Cons

      different companies, and each one is managed independently from each other. Hear that employee's are paid intentionally cheaper than market rates dictates, to help supports the other sides of the business. Doesn't feel like one company, but different silos and feel that they are taking advantage of their workforce.Create one culture with the same goal, so your employees don't feel undervalued based on the alignment internally. Everyone is going after the same business in the same industry and should treat everyone equally across the board.
