      Pros

      Initially, I was hesitant to join Collabera as the opportunity was to work with one of their client in India. But as the time went on I gained more confidence towards the people here. They obey their commitments, try hard to keep their employees motivated and satisfied. HR are reachable and they do address all the queries/concerns for employees in a correct and timely manner. Salary is credited on time (first of every month). Processes are simple and straight forward. Good clients. Food coupons distributed every month. Good salary.

      Cons

      Postpaid mobile bills and petrol bills cannot be reimbursed.

      Pros

      Young People getting Opportunity to work and earn. Many clueless freshers end up in Outsourcing and outstanding talent is always upraised here. Fortunately Manager was understanding. Great Place for Money minded enthusiast people!

      Cons

      Biased Management, Typical private organization be super nice to your senior no matter what then only you can survive. No Rules Applicable for Senior Managers no matter how outrageous behavior they might show especially regarding women, some might not speak up just silently move away to different department. You can get good position and package if you are relative or old buddies with some senior IMP people. Its a bitter Realty,and be very much aware of the personal politics (may be in every place its just the same). People are unnecessarily forced to work even on Saturdays for 6-7 hours, some even worked on Sundays to achieve given targets. NO TRANSPARENCY!!!!!! I am never taking this companies any job again.

      Pros

      1) Very good incentive plans and can receive on time. 2) Salary credited first day of every month. 3) Worked under good managers, colleagues and leads 4) Nice Infrastructure. 5) Monthly recognition to good performers.

      Cons

      1) Time is not fixed. You may have to stay more than 10-12 hours if work is not done. 2) Food quality in canteen is not up to the mark. 3) Not much salary hike. 4) For sometime its weekend off but once you are not able to achieve your weekly target, you have to come on all weekends. (But would be eligible to earn money based on the submissions you made that day)
