      My time in Collabera was good but I always had a doubt if I was an employee or contractor.

      Pros

      Good number of clients. Good number of places covered geographically. Good number of opportunities. Timely response for all your queries during your tenure. Employee and Relation Manager contact is as expected. If working in shifts decent allowance are provided. Decent opportunities for getting acquired into client it eligible.

      Cons

      There was no Employee management system tools exist like in other service providers for Query tracking/Mail box domain access/Learning Management etc for employees working at client location. Only HR and Management employees are provided with dedicated Company mail box domain. Despite not having a dedicated access to the tools, I always had doubt if I was an employee or a contractor.
