      Pros

      very friendly environment to work, helpful mentors as team leads or managers. one would definitely be happy working in such a healthy environment.

      Cons

      i believe there should be more hike in salary for night shift employees as it changes the body clock so if an employee agrees to take the pain of working in USA shift he/she should be paid accordingly.

      Pros

      Infrastructure is very good. You will get opportunities to learn new techniques most of the time. One of the leading IT recruitment firm in India and US.

      Cons

      Work life and balance is zero. Lots of politics overall in all teams and management. Management always tell that they have open door policy, but they never came across with solutions to recruiter concerns, instead mangers are mostly ruling teams even if they are falling wrong process against the policy of the company. At the end you need to maintain good relations with mangers to get growth quickly. At times recruiters are fired without giving prior intimations because of poor performance.
