well 2 months of experience dealing with these people has become a night mare which i cant forget... dont know whr to start from... firstly ull get to interact with so many people frm management side where one doesnt have a clue of your concerns and fake promises made by other recruiter.. so many hidden lies these people play and everytime ull get a new charecter involved for a twist.. i was cheated for the whole month and was initially bargained to agree to let go my 15 days salary because i was yet to get a project.. lately they pretended as if they are trying to talk to management to consider special cases and to pay full salary.. but at the end of the month when i myself asked about my salary status they tell you that ur not going to get any payment at all.. i was new to this city trusting these people i had chose this job just comparing between other offers...i was one among 30 from one batch everyone wit similar story... please do not spoil your hard build carrier going with this consultancy..i was lucky enough to realize it before it got worst.. later the management even begs you to come back for there own benifit.. i got a much better oppertunity but everyone might not be always lucky.. please i would suggest everyone not to encourage such people and give them a chance to end your career.

Manager dont know how to talk with the team members. Always ask to keep resignation if you dont get hires in a month or two. Timing Problem. Company commits for 9 hours working but i dont remember, i left the company everyday before 11 hours. No social Life No increments Full of politics No Public Holidays Clients have holidays, but we need to work on that day.
