Pros

Good, competitive salaries, ok benefits for a temporary placement firm. Good choices of work tasks. You can pretty much focus in areas that interest you based on the company profile you are placed at. I agree that after time the job gets a little stale. I'm no tsure this is Collabera's fault so I am not going to put blame there.

Cons

Little or no recognition for job well done from the company. High self reliance needed, no direction for contractors. Sometimes hours are long, and I mean in that you work alone and not really on projects with other team members

If you are a "chamcha: of the management, life will be wonderful. Please be aware that this is a consultancy

Cons

More working hours(10 hours) with Saturday working. Less salary, no ethics, no recognition and no job security and no growth.

You get to work independently and if you get into a good assignment(most of them are good ones), you do not have any strict timing . You get to work whenever you want to and the only thing that matters is delivering in time.

Cons

The organization is full of talented people ,so there are already hundreds of people better than you with good connections. So, need to survive in this ocean becomes challenging.
