      Pros

      Been employed with the org for more than 4 years and I can assure this is one of the well know company in US Staffing. Individual has multiple options to chose which role they want to move on in various departments. You get a Family outside your home and this is one of the best thing of this firm. Timely Salary and Incentives :)

      Cons

      As you guys are focus more into Branding and marketing of the organization, you are missing onto people who are actually Deserving, they feels ignored and later quit the job which increases the attrition. You get hired here on low salary and later people end of leaving the firm as other competitor offer them a handsome salary package.

      I had worked their for more than one year for IT department at vadodara. - Very good company - Learn alot of things - Good stability is there

      Cons

      Can be improved little bit on the IT side. can do more trainings. Over all there is no con at all.It is very good company
