OK, this will be big.
So I gave my interview at collabera, after few months got a call from them telling that I have been selected for an interview from xyz company (not revealing the company name ). So I gave the interview and everything went well and in few days I get a call from collabera saying that I have got the job at xyz. Then starts the process of uploading all the documents at collabera portal. And after few weeks get the offer letter and joining date from xyz which is almost after 2 months. So for 2 months everything was fine and then exactly 3 days before the joining we get a call from collabera saying that the project manager from xyz company will take a telephonic interview. The truth is it was someone from collabera who called and took the interview. And suddenly they tell one of my friend tat he had been rejected. In spite of having offer letter in his hand., collabera didn't let him join tat too after 2 months. Then joined the company and started working. Salary was been given by collabera. Now problem is they were never on time. And some months they wouldn't give the salary and if u asked them, they would tell that they had got news that xyz company was going to make me permanent. Where as nothing had initiated from the company. And yes, they would give that salary along with the next month salary. The HR's were never responsible. A friend got released from the project and company and collabera didn't even inform him. Go through this company only and only if you don't have any options. Thank to my project manager at xyz company, I got a permanent role at xyz. Else my life would have been ruined. Ppl who got released from xyz company.. collabera didn't even give them a damn in spite of them being a full time employee. They didn't get paid nor collabera helping in getting them jobs.
