      Collabera denying salary once contract with the client ended. Totally Fraud Company

      I was a Permanent employee of Collabera working for one client. I never felt like a permanent employee because I neither had any ID card nor email address of Collabera. The day contract with the client got over they stopped my salary, they even stopped salary for the last month when contract was about to end. As a permanent employee I would expect salary from my employer even if there wasn't any client as we both are bound under 30 days notice period. I tried to reach HR's but they became unresponsive and stopped picking my calls. Before joining Collabera I had worked with companies like Microsoft, Fidelity and Wipro as a permanent employee and never thought I will be cheated so badly. Now I am thinking to take some legal action against them.

      Pros

      One of the best Employers to work with. Great work Culture, very Professional Environment. You get a chance to work with the best in the industry. If you have a hunger to grow, Collabera gives you the right platform. It's a Friendly place but at the same time very competitive and rewarding.

      Cons

      Well, you would start celebrating festivals in office as well as you would have one more family apart from blood relations :)
