      Pros

      Good skills, looks good on a resume

      Cons

      Bad work environment, favorite playing, unprofessional. I was shocked at what I experienced here, they literally discriminated against me on the basis of something if rather not mention because then I won't be anonymous. This place is like high school, they spread lies about you, they look down on you for no reason. Then to top it off they wouldn't even tell my new job that I worked here. Google why are you using this shady company??!?!

      Pros

      Collabera seems to have a large employee base, and all of the tenured employees seem to enjoy their jobs. This shows that the company (on many levels) is a good company to work with and for. Additionally, Collabera has a longstanding and strong presence in the IT world with large companies which shows a positive things.

      Cons

      Collabera is disorganized and seems to scramble for how to do simple "onboarding process" related tasks. They behave as if they are brand new to Insurance placement and recruiting and don't really care about it either. Personally, I have been lied to several different times which is verified and documented. They pay every 2 weeks, but the check never arrives on time. Mine, for example usually arrive a week to 10 day's late and it's impossible to survive no matter how high the pay is. Finally, they do not help when they check does not arrive and don't seem to care either. It's an impossible company for an IA to work for because of the lies and lack of timely paycheck issuance.

      Pros

      Great Culture to be part of this is not a place that is constantly breathing down your neck to "motivate you". This company wants you to succeed and gives you the tools to do so.

      Cons

      This is a smaller place which means you must build your book of business. This not the place where you can only run one side of the desk and plug your candidate's into open JO's. You have to go out and make your own future which is also very exciting to me.
