      Pros

      I have worked with Collabera for more than two and half year. My Manager and the team was very supportive who always motivates me to perform well. I have received multiple training's in my tenure which help me to grow professionally. fast paced environment which make me bold enough to take any challenges. People are very friendly,loving and caring. Festival and other extra curriculum activities is real fun, Huge amount of participation in activities, enthusiasm on peak so, you will not even miss your home/family. Nice Infrastructure, Salary is good and Incentive part is awesome.

      Cons

      Lastly it was so much process oriented, you will be flooded with reporting and micro management will reduce your bandwidth. I agree governance would be required but lots of useless reporting and pressure will give you the outcome of no core work for which person is assigned. Long working hours.
