I have been a part of Collabera for some time now and one rule that we always follow is "Work Hard, Party Harder!". The people here have been very instrumental in my growth and the work environment that has been cultivated and maintained is a dream environment for anyone to excel and become successful. I have been in contact with people of various designations - right from the office boy to the VP of our organization and they have been more than helpful when needed. The kind of appreciation and applause you receive from your colleagues when you achieve something is truly inspiring and motivating to do more. In a nutshell, one of the best decisions that I ever took in my life was to become a part of Collabera!!

Collabera provides great flexibility and the management has shown to be very understanding of the importance of work life balance. A feeling that your voice is always heard all the way up to the executive change and always open for changing processes if there seems to be a better way of doing something.
