      Pros

      if you are in sales, you do not need to be in the office.

      Cons

      - not an American owned company... Their India office is the real headquarters - micromanagement - metrics driven instead of results driven - they do not appreciate their sales employees - if you are a white female... Good luck!!!

      Pros

      Collabera happened to me at the right time. It gave my career the right push by giving me an excellent growth opportunity and ways to shape my skills. It's been 4 years, and the journey with Collabera has always been challenging and energizing. That's what I love about Collabera. It also provided me with networking opportunities. Not a single day, have I felt, has been monotonous for me here.

      Cons

      Over 4 years, I have seen that Collabera is a fast paced organization, and at times I feel it becomes difficult to cope up with this pace.

      "Best Company for employee development"

      Pros

      The level of professionalism is far beyond what I was accustomed to. I find it to be a challenging, fast paced job with rapid advancement opportunities. Collabera is a strong company, always improving process to achieve quality, efficiency and cost savings. Communications is transparent across levels. Fair in employee practices and they have so many programs, practices all keeping employees in mind.

      Cons

      Your growth in the company directly depends on the effort you put in and the results you produce. So always need to be o your toes and continue to work towards challenging goals.
