      Pros

      Collabera is a very carrer oriented organization excellent and dynamic working environment. With the client list including top Fortune clients you get good industry exposure and Hard Work always get rewarded here.

      Cons

      Every organization has both pros and cons but in case of Collabera pros outweighs cons. Their could be some improvements like increasing recreational activities and providing bit flexiblity in work hours but overall a good company to work for if you are looking to make your career

      Pros

      Having spent more than 3 years with Collabera, I can definitely say that this is a great organisation to work for.

      Cons

      Need to create more fun working enviornment but at the same time feel happy to see the management is taking corrective measures.

      Lot of things.. No proper responses from HR Need to follow-up with SPOC for months to know status updates (like leave balance, HR letter, etc...) No response to emails you send for enquiry SPOC / HR will feel that they are working 24*7*365 , never picks the call You will never get proper update from anyone. Employee will never know when your SPOC / HR gets changed. Today it will be one, when you call tomorrow it will be someone else. You need to discuss / start from scratch with your new SPOC saying your concerns No proper escalation hierarchy what not everything.....
