      Proud to say that, it is the only place where all the expectations of an employee can be met.

      Pros

      It is the best company as per my experience. Sets employee salary expectations provided he deserves it. It resolves all the concerns of employee with all required attention. Maintains close relation with employees by frequently getting in touch with each employee by relational manager. No Variable Pay, Good Salary break up are the add-ons

      Cons

      Stays away from the company and mostly one has to spend at Clients location. The insurance is only covered to Employee but not to the whole family. Typical leave policy where if one weekend false in between leaves, that(+2 days) also is considered as leave.

      Worst employer after project is over. Worked in IBM through Collabera

      Pros

      They don't interfere till project is over. After that they transfer to Brillio another sister concern which is the worst company I have experienced. They don't respond to mail/call etc and you are in dark waiting for mercy and miracle to take place.

      Cons

      They gave my FNF after 6 months that too after escalating to IBM recruiting head. Now it is more than 8 months, no news of PF, even now running behind them. No response. NEVER WORK UNDER THEIR PAYROLL TO ANY COMPANY
