      Best company to learn the staffing business

      Pros

      Good reputation, many fortune 500 clients, great place for freshers to learn recruiting and sales due to very demanding environment.

      Cons

      Pays much lesser than the industry, internal infighting and too many management changes. Not a place for a long term career.

      A good place to be hired from

      First you are hired as a direct employee of Collabera & then you are contracted to a different company, so you have your job secured

      Cons

      At times, there is a lack of Clarity & it takes a while to understand things

      Pros

      Working with collabera is extremely preferable because they follow the process and the service they provide to the employee is appreciable .

      Cons

      we have less number of paid leaves comparatively this count should be increased.
