      Pros

      There are good opportunities for growth should you decide to pursue them. Collabera gives you the opportunities for growth. There is strong leadership and a clear mission. Management is open with all employees and values contributions and consistently demonstrates a commitment to the betterment of the employees. I have grown a lot working here and see a lot of potential for more in the future.

      Transition processes need to be stringent

      Pros

      - Collabera provides the competitive environment which pushes the boundaries of individuals. - Every New initiative that company starts becomes successful and goes beyond limits, which shows the commitment level of execution.

      Cons

      Too much changes are not very apt for employees at times but Collaberaites will pick up.
