You are forced to take PTO if it's a client holiday but not collabera holiday ! You don't get clear policy documents from employer, when i asked for it, got a snippet in email from the HR. Forget about employee care completely even if you are salaried employee. They gave me in writing about filing Immigration for me during job offer and when followed up for 3 months, ultimately got a one liner email that they can't do it. When clients complaint, u get to hear it a lot, but, forget about appreciation for good work. Employee Relationship person onsite ! Should be called client relationship person who only takes are of grief from client and not from employee.

I have never seen my HR or any other collabera leadership since I am deputed in client location. Growth will be very limited, yes you get the higher designation but they wont change to other projects.
