       Work hard, play hard - because you get to celebrate, enjoy, you have a dedicated Play Club where you can go and enjoy after office hours.  What else you need, you get paid handsomely for all the hard work you do.

      Cons

       Expects a lot from you, Very high expectation from the management.  You show, you prove - You are in, You get success.. You fail, You get a chance.

      smart people, great benefits package, free drinks, career/subject matter versatility

      Cons

      Very competitive training certifications and performance reviews are evaluated on bell curve - you need to actually perform beyond the expectation.

      Pros

      Really good and very welcoming, it was the people that encouraged me to want this not even the role. I walked away wanting to work for these people! The questions were cleverly put and really comprehensive. My experience matched the role quite accurately however I felt a lot of emphasis was put on fit

      Cons

      Difficult to have work life balance. Difficult working hours and it is hard to get work and personal time.
