Non-Technical process for your Technical Skills

In a short span, there is no pros.

Cons

They allowed a long time client to make last minute changes to interview, literally as the interview is beginning instead of rescheduling when technical party is able to attend important interviews. Allow non-technical longtime client to conduct a technical interview to career technicians and make decisions. Job description communication is different than the client's job description and duties asking of. Interview felt force and only filling a quota than an actual serious technical interview.

Decent feedback and normal bi monthly follow-ups. No payroll issues.

Cons

Definitely over managing the process. Just manage the employer -recruiting step. Behind on processes and follow up. Too many changes in management. 3 permanent changes in 2 months.
